Here’s the deal. I am working with a Clear provider that provides FAST! Internet access for as little at $10 a month plus a $2.50 administrative fee. That’s $12.50 a month and CLEAR supports average download speeds up to 3-6 Mbps and upload speeds up to 1Mbps.
Right now I am paying Qwest $30.00 for best case speeds of 3Mbps.
What’s involved…
· This is only for Non-Profits The non-profit or church must sign the contract.
· It can be used by staff, volunteers or clients but the contract must be signed by the non-profit.
· You will need to buy the modem ($99 + 9.95 shipping)
· You will need to pay for a full year of service and administration fees. ($150.00)
I will be starting with just 100 agencies. Once you make your payment it will be held in escrow until you are up and running and you will be sent a contract.
Once the contract is approved and your coverage area is approved you will be shipped the modem.
The modem is shipped already activated. You will have 30 days to try the service and if for any reason you are not satisfied you may return the equipment and receive a refund less the shipping costs.
If this goes well we may be able to open it up to more than 100 non-profits.
You will need to buy a CLEAR Spot modem or an Office Modem
Spot modems last from 4 – 6 hr. on a charge. Can be plugged into the USB port of your computer to charge it and you can connect up to 8 devices at a time. It will work anywhere in the contry that has Clear coverage (See coverage map)
